A short drive — and a memorable climb — up the hills above Playa Hermosa from Casa LaVista, Rancho Cielo Alto is a one-of-a-kind, reservation-only dining experience hosted by Chef Jazmin on the farm she built by hand. There's no fixed menu and no need for one: every plate is shaped by what's ripe on the property that morning, served in four unhurried courses to the soundtrack of toucans and the soft pull of the Pacific below.

Guests pick a main protein — fresh fish, free-range chicken, beef, pork, lobster, or a fully vegetarian or vegan course — and Jazmin takes care of the rest, walking each dish through the garden it came from. Expect a soup straight from the beds, a chef's-surprise appetizer, your main, and a tropical dessert served in coconut bowls, with fresh-squeezed juices and a guided farm tour woven through the meal.
